We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.
1. Consistently recruiting excellent staff
2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
3. Training, counseling and coaching our staff
4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties
6. Conducting performance and wage reviews
7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
8. Creating clear and concise reports
9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations
10. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
11. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
12. Leading a team of junior human resource managers
