Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes: Help post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates. Provide support for new hires during the onboarding process.
2. Maintain employee records: Organize and update employee files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the HR database or management system.
3. Track and monitor attendance: Maintain attendance records using attendance management systems or software. Ensure that employees clock in and out correctly and address any discrepancies.
4. Manage leave applications: Process and organize leave requests, ensuring they are recorded accurately in the system. Communicate with employees regarding their leave balances and policies.
5. Assist with HR administration: Support various administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, drafting memos, managing attendance records, and handling leave applications.
