Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting applications of candidates for vacant positions in the organization through various means, via job portals, existing database, candidate references, employee referrals, placement consultants, campus placements, head-hunting, etc.
2. Conducting the first round of personal interviews and arranging a further round of interviews of shortlisted candidates with the designated departments/personnel
3. Conducting background referral checks for the candidates
4. Staying active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions
5. Interviewing job candidates via calls and conducting on-site interviews.
6. Coordinating with the management recruiters to find out the details of staffing requirements
7. Responding to internal as well as external customers and ensuring that the staffing objectives are accomplished
8. Screening resumes and job application forms
