Human Resources (HR) Internship

I am Chitrangi, currently working as an HR manager at Hoco India, based in Noida. In my role, I am responsible for managing and optimizing the most critical asset of our organization our people. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

As an HR professional, I strive to bridge the gap between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
