As an HR intern at G&T-Star Production And Entertainment Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources within the dynamic world of entertainment. Your English proficiency and skills in MS-Excel will be put to the test as you work closely with our HR team to support various projects and initiatives.
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
6. Assist in conducting training sessions for employees on various HR topics.
7. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
