Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform basic screening of candidates and send them pre-interview forms.
2. Maintain and update the recruitment management information system (MIS).
3. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, check their availability alongside the candidate's, and schedule online, written, or face-to-face interviews.
4. Maintain email communication with candidates, informing them about shortlisting, selection, or rejection.
5. Organize and maintain documentation for new joiners.
6. Coordinate and support the induction program for new hires.
7. Monitor attendance and leaves through biometrics, ensuring data is presented in the proper format.
8. Support other HR-related tasks as needed.
