Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Supporting HR team with onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Helping with organizing and maintaining employee records and HR files.
4. Assisting in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
5. Supporting HR team in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.
6. Assisting in preparing HR-related presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
