About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling IT requirements from Indian based clients
2. Handling full-cycle recruiting, interviews, offers, negotiations and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
3. Sourcing from staffing agencies like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc., posting jobs on the job portal
4. Working on contract, permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position
5. Achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into interview and placement
6. Working on strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
7. Working on the validation of resumes for experience and suitability against the requirement
