Human Resources (HR) Internship

Are you a talented and driven individual looking to gain valuable experience in Human Resources? We are seeking an HR intern with English proficiency (spoken and written) and excellent MS-Office skills to join our team at Moxi Outsourcing. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and learn the ins and outs of recruitment, employee relations, and more.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation: Generate leads by cold calling
2. Sales closure: Close the deals
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
2. Help with new employee onboarding, including preparing necessary paperwork and orientation materials.
3. Support the HR team with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
4. Maintain and update employee records in our HR database.
5. Assist with organizing training and development programs for staff.
6. Compile and analyze HR data using MS Excel to create reports for management.
7. Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR team.
