About the internship

NestAway Technologies Private Limited is hiring a human resources (HR) intern. The duration for this HR internship in Noida is 6 months. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Help in organizing and coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation programs
3. Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
