Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Attendance Management: Track and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Assist in preparing attendance reports and resolving any discrepancies.
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Help maintain and update the candidate database.
Documentation: Support HR documentation tasks such as maintaining employee files, preparing onboarding materials, and updating HR policies and procedures. Ensure all documentation complies with company and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by helping organize events, surveys, and feedback sessions. Assist in creating and distributing internal communications to foster a positive work environment
