As an English proficient candidate with strong Excel and MS Office skills, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
2. Support employee relations initiatives by organizing team-building activities and handling employee queries.
3. Maintain HR databases and files to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
4. Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
