We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will assist in various HR functions and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and other HR-related tasks. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
3. Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
4. Handle administrative tasks, such as drafting HR policies and procedures, preparing reports, and updating spreadsheets.
5. Assist in employee relations activities, including coordinating employee events and handling employee inquiries.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team.
