Only those candidates can apply who:

Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the IT or tech industry
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
