Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement.
6. Provide support in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and feedback sessions.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1600 per joining).
