Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Manage job postings on job boards and social media platforms
4. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team
7. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per onboarding ).
