Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates: Utilizing various methods such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of candidates
2. Screening and assessing candidates: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine suitability for open positions
3. Coordinating interviews: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
4. Engaging candidates: Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their application and provide feedback when necessary
5. Collaborating with hiring managers: Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and preferences, and providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
6. Promoting employer branding: Representing Ramyoz Solutions positively and professionally to candidates, promoting our employer brand and values
