1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions
5. Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team as needed, including data entry, filing, and organizing recruitment-related documents
