Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and updating candidate records.
2. Support HR staff with administrative tasks such as organizing employee files and maintaining databases.
3. Coordinate employee training and development programs, including tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
4. Help with employee relations initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and managing recognition programs.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing research and analysis support as needed.
6. Contribute to the creation and distribution of HR communications, including drafting newsletters and issuing announcements.
7. Support HR staff with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned, gaining exposure to various aspects of HR management.
