As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Sevenseas Production company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, while enhancing your English proficiency (both spoken and written) and mastering MS-Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Update and maintain recruitment database and candidate profiles
4. Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
5. Prepare and send offer letters and contracts to selected candidates
6. Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
7. Provide general HR administrative support as needed
