Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Help in the preparation of job descriptions, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with company needs
3. Support in onboarding new hires, including document collection, induction, and training coordination
4. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
5. Help in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and other initiatives
6. Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
