About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment for different openings
2. Work on job posting, sourcing, interview scheduling, and management of the offer process between candidates and the hiring manager
3. Screen incoming resumes and schedule candidates for interviews
4. Keep candidate data up-to-date and utilize it as per company requirements
5. Support the hiring managers in developing target candidate profiles and attracting suitable candidates using different tools (job boards, social media platforms, etc.)
6. Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle
7. Provide assistance to our HR department in the day-to-day operations
8. Prepare recruitment-related reports as needed by the department

Note: Female HR intern required.
