Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gain knowledge and hands-on experience in the talent acquisition recruiting process.
2. Learn how to effectively screen resumes for various open positions.
3. Support the manager with various administrative tasks, including conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, and database management.
4. Schedule interviews for a high volume of candidates, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
5. Assist in planning and organizing HR-related events.
6. Help track and maintain candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
7. Contribute to special talent acquisition projects as needed.
8. Provide administrative support for senior administrative duties, including answering phones, posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
9. Offer on-ground support during various talent acquisition and company events, such as video shoots, annual dinners, company sports day, and employer brand parties.
