1. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract Doctors.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions within the company.
3. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Succession Plan:

1. For the Internship 10 k for the first 6 months
2. If performance is satisfactory then from the 7th Month revised to 15K else immediate release
3. If performance is Good then from the 13th Month revised to 20 K else immediate release
4. If performance is Excellent than from the 19th Month revised to 25 K else immediate release
5. Post it will be converted to an annual appraisal cycle but to keep you boosted performance incentives will be added
