As a Human Resources (HR) intern at TraviYO, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment and talent management within the travel industry. Your proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Office, and MS-Excel, as well as strong English proficiency (spoken and written), will be essential in supporting our HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
3. Maintain and update recruitment databases and job postings
4. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and networking events
5. Support the onboarding process for new hires
6. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing and documentation
7. Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed

The major mandate of the company is to provide technology solutions to travel agents, a hassle-free automated platform to generate business, manage the operation, and track transactions that would eventually help increase revenue generation. TraviYo is awarded by the start-up India program and funded by SIDBI ventures. As an extension of this product, TraviYo provides a CMS-based dynamic website and mobile app for both Android and iOS platforms.
