As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Triotree Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working alongside a dynamic and innovative team. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to join our growing workforce, as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
2. Posting job openings on various platforms and sourcing candidates through online job boards and social media
3. Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for organizational culture
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews and assessments for candidates
5. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
