Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
2. Onboarding assistance: Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages, collecting required documents, and assisting with orientation
3. Employee records management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
4. HR documentation: Prepare and organize HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, performance reviews, and other compliance documents
5. Benefits administration: Assist with tracking employee benefits enrollment and eligibility and support with benefit inquiries
6. Training and development support: Assist in the coordination of employee training programs and workshops
