As a human resources (HR) intern at Yojjak, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will be an essential part of our HR Recruitment team, supporting various functions and projects to help our company attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Collaborating with clients to understand their HR requirements and identifying suitable candidates through portals like Naukri (will be provided by us)
3. Finding candidates using innovative methods such as LinkedIn and various forums on Facebook

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per candidate selection).
