Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist with screening resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and retention policies.
Organize and update HR databases.
Onboarding and Training:
Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs.
Employee Engagement:
Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
Gather feedback to enhance team morale and workplace satisfaction.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in administering company HR policies and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
Provide employees with information about company benefits, policies, and procedures.
HR Projects and Research:
Conduct research to support special HR projects, such as policy updates or workforce analysis.
Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as needed.
Employee Support:
Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
Act as a liaison between employees and the HR team to facilitate smooth communication.
