Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convincing & pleasant communication skills for client communications
2. Generating/converting HR leads for TORAH's solution and products
3. Supporting in the closure of potential business
4. Identifying HR/skill gaps and evaluating client needs
5. Following up on potential clients and identify potential prospects
6. Developing business relations via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce various products & services and identify opportunities within the target market
7. Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
8. Preparing, managing and analyzing prospect pipeline reports and dashboards
9. Explaining the solutions and product features in detail to clients
9. Understanding customer requirements & accordingly provide solutions
