Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates, including working closely with a team of deaf and mute interns and ensuring an inclusive hiring process for deaf and mute candidates.
2. Employee onboarding: Create onboarding checklists, gather necessary documents, and help integrate new hires, including accommodations for deaf and mute employees.
3. HR documentation: Maintain employee records, draft offer letters, and organize contracts and other HR documents.
4. Policy creation: Collaborate with management to draft basic HR policies and procedures.
5. Employee engagement: Coordinate activities to boost morale and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
