As an HR intern at GrowUMedia, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve working closely with our HR team to support various functions and projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.
2. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Support training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
4. Assist with employee relations activities, such as conducting surveys and organizing team-building events.
5. Help with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing feedback to managers.
6. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for management review.
7. Improve English proficiency (spoken and written) through regular communication with team members and participation in company meetings.
