Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure we bring on board the best talent for various positions within the company.
2. Support the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientation sessions, and preparing necessary documentation.
3. Help foster a positive and engaging workplace by contributing to initiatives that promote team building, employee engagement, and retention.
4. Assist in creating and maintaining monthly salary details, including coordinating payroll with relevant departments and addressing any discrepancies.
5. Maintain and update employee records, assist in managing employee queries, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
