As a recruitment intern, you will work closely with our HR team to identify and attract top talent to our company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist and participate in the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews
2. Update and maintain candidate databases and job postings
3. Collaborate and work with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
4. Participate and engage in recruitment events and networking opportunities
5. Assist and support with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
6. Provide and offer administrative support to the HR team as needed
7. Contribute and suggest innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies and processes

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per recruitment).
