Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with employee documentation, maintaining records, and updating HR databases
2. Preparing, verifying, and sending out appointments and offer letters
3. Responding to and resolving employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
4. Supporting payroll processes by gathering and organizing employee attendance data
5. Helping manage attendance records and leave tracking
6. Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies by assisting in audits and checks
7. Tracking employee onboarding, coordinating induction sessions, and assisting in offboarding documentation
8. Assisting with the HRMS interventions on Darwin
