Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen resumes, call candidates, and schedule interviews for recruitment.
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for smooth transitions.
4. Manage conflicts and foster employee engagement.
5. Maintain employee records, including performance and disciplinary actions.
6. Ensure adherence to local labor laws and update policies.
7. Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and manage attendance.
8. Identify training needs and organize sessions to upskill employees.
9. Promote company culture and employee well-being through various initiatives.
10. Collaborate with leadership on staffing plans and develop HR policies.
