Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in developing and implementing HR branding strategies to attract top talent
2. Utilizing HRIS to maintain employee records and streamline HR processes
3. Analyzing HR data using HR Analytics tools to provide valuable insights for decision-making
4. Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with team members and candidates
5. Utilizing MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word to create reports, presentations, and documents
6. Supporting recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to contribute to a positive work environment
