Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling recruitment, onboarding, and attendance of employees
2. Managing daily administration work
3. Working on our company's legal policies & procedures
4. Assisting with seniors for daily client communication
5. Working on employee engagement
6. Assisting our team in HR operations management
7. Performing relevant HR activities which helps to enhance employees performance
8. Handling records of the recruited associates, scheduling, and conducting their training
9. Measuring associated performance and helping them to improvise on a daily, weekly, and a monthly basis
10. Conducting events along with our team and independently for recruitment & other activities in our company and outside
11. Scheduling employee engagement activities and handling the event
12. Coordinating with our internal & external team for respective activities
13. Working on team building activities
