Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

facilitating the oversight of HR documentation, encompassing the meticulous upkeep of precise employee records and databases.

Assisting in bolstering talent acquisition endeavors through candidate sourcing, the formulation of job postings, the facilitation of initial candidate screenings and interview scheduling.

Providing support throughout the onboarding process for new hires, encompassing the coordination of requisite paperwork, orientation sessions, and the initiation of offboarding procedures.

Engaging in collaborative efforts on diverse HR projects, inclusive of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and the development of HR policies.

Addressing minor employee inquiries or concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Supervising the leave management tracker integrated with biometric systems to ensure efficient management of employee absences.
