- Engaging in recruitment, selection, staffing, and other HR activities
- Handling admin responsibilities
- Screening, and interviewing the candidates
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Engaging in career counseling
- Calling colleges/students to invite for various programs
- Calling colleges to invite them to campus recruitment drives
- Reporting feedback and contact details of each inquiry
- Making the inquiry & internship related daily reports
- Managing telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counseling walk-ins
- Mining old inquiries for references
Other requirements:
-Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, go-getter, and pleasant personality
- Responsible for business development through concept sales, cold calling and prospecting over the phone Experience in calling/indirect/ counseling/sales is preferred.
