Human Resources (HR) Internship

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The intern will work closely with the HR team and assist in daily operations, learning the fundamentals of HR practices and gaining valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in interview processes.

- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials and organizing orientation sessions.
- Help in completing employee documentation and handling new hire paperwork.
- Assist in organizing exit interviews and offboarding tasks.

- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
- Support HR team in resolving employee queries and concerns.

- Training & Development:
- Help in coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Assist in tracking employee performance and development plans.
