We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for BBA students specializing in HR to gain hands-on experience in various human resource functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
2. Help with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
3. Maintain employee records and assist with HR database management.
4. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
5. Support HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
6. Draft and format HR-related documentation, such as policies, letters, and reports.
7. Handle administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.
