1. Design/update Job Descriptions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the requirements
2. Handle job openings on the company s careers page, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), Job portals, etc
3. Source candidates from different channels like Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc
4. Screen applicants to check if they meet our position requirements
5. Conduct and schedule interviews (Telephonic, Video, and In-person)
6. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
7. Close the position by sending out offer letters and answering all queries related to compensation and benefits, company culture, etc.
8. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
9. Induction and Onboarding: Facilitate seamless induction and onboarding processes to ensure new employees acclimatize to company culture and policies
10. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture and encouraging team collaboration and growth.
11. HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, implementing policies to maintain a compliant work environment.
12. Responding to Employee Inquiries regarding HR Policies, Processes, and other HR-related matters.
