About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Help manage employee records and ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
5. Participate in HR-related administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, and maintaining employee databases.
6. Help in the preparation and implementation of training sessions and workshops.
7. Assist in tracking employee performance and learning development.
8. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other HR-related topics.
9. Research and suggest improvements for HR processes and programs.
