Be an integral part of Engineer's Cradle's human resources team as an HR intern! You will play a critical role in providing and driving great talent in the organization. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements of the hiring team and accordingly sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals
2. Create and post job descriptions on job portals
3. Conduct telephone and on-site interviews
4. Participate in onboarding processes and background verification
5. Analyze HR analytics and generate reports
