Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Coordinating the new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing paperwork
3. Supporting employee relations activities by addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
4. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
5. Assisting in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Utilizing MS Excel and MS Word to create reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents
7. Demonstrating effective communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact with employees and stakeholders
