Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company
2. Sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively
3. Working on job designing, job posting, and mass mailing of the jobs as well as taking care of shortlisting the relevant profiles and processing them further for successful hiring
4. Working on the day-to-day coordination with the stakeholders regarding the given positions and the profile-related queries
5. Working on understanding the needs of various well-established and new clients
6. Providing high-performance delivery as per the requirement of every client
7. Sourcing candidates through various modes of recruitment (job posting, job portals, reference-pulling, head-hunting, personal-resume collection)
8. Scheduling and managing monthly recruitment drives
9. Managing the database, candidate trackers, and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis
