Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications.
3. Interview coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, communicate with candidates, and coordinate logistics.
4. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about their status and provide a positive candidate experience.
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
6. Conduct employee engagement activities along with the HR team.
7. Helping the team with the other operational tasks.
