Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in end to end recruitment
2. Record all resumes and personnel documents in HR electronic files
3. File physical HR records in an HR filing cabinet
4. Liaise with recruitment agencies
5. Proofread and editing consultant profiles
6. Liaise with line managers recording HR issues
7. Scan and emailing HR documents
8. Create employee packs
9. Coordinate Induction appointments
10. Create interview appointments
11. Create job advertisements
12. Phone screen applicants
13. Data entry and general administration
14. Any extra duties the HR Consultant requires
15. Report to the Sydney HR consultant
16. Complete appropriate paperwork for new and exiting employees
17. Send off training invoices to finance and liaise with them about getting it approved
18. Request PO s from finance to pay for training courses
