Human Resources (HR) Internship

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determining selection criteria.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional
networks.)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person
interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking
System
6. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
7. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
8. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Naukri, Indeed ,
Linkedin)
9. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation
methods
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
